Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Micro Sub Tracker, including the Android application, related APIs, and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Micro Sub Tracker helps you track recurring subscriptions, estimate monthly burn, receive reminders about trials and renewals, and access cancellation guidance. It is a productivity / personal finance tracking tool. It is not a bank, payment processor for your third-party subscriptions, tax advisor, or fiduciary.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and your device secured.
- You may delete your account in the app. Deletion removes access to your tracked data subject to our Privacy Policy retention rules.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & billing (Plus / Pro)
Paid access to Micro Sub Tracker (Plus or Pro) is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play Billing on Android. Prices shown in the app or on this site may vary by region and taxes. Google’s payment terms apply to the purchase itself.
- Subscriptions renew until you cancel in Google Play subscription settings.
- Refunds, where available, are handled according to Google Play’s policies unless we state otherwise.
- Features labeled Plus or Pro may change over time; we will not materially reduce paid core value without reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of subscription data, notes, and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service (including optional AI-assisted parsing you trigger).
You must not upload unlawful content, or content you do not have rights to process. Do not submit sensitive documents you are unwilling to share with our processors.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service except as allowed by law.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Use the app to violate others’ rights or applicable law.
- Misrepresent purchase status or attempt to bypass paywalls dishonestly.
7. Third-party services
Cancel links, store listings, and external sites belong to third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Cancelling a tracked subscription with a provider is your responsibility.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tracking totals, trial dates, and reminders depend on information you enter or confirm and on device notification settings. We do not guarantee that reminders will prevent every unwanted charge.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or subscription charges from third parties. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
